small roomshower problem
also, i had problems with the shower. the water flooded the bathroom, it was very unpleasant. i think the hotel must fix this . the tv wasnt smart either, that was a bit disappointing.

The staff are indeed friendly. i really appreciated the excellent breakfast, particularly the omelette station. They prepared omelettes with my preferred ingredients. the room was kept clean. the spa really felt fantastic after a busy day. It was exactly what i needed.
the tv isnt a smart tv, a slight inconvenience, but not a big deal.

i found the restaurant team helpful. the breakfast service was warm and cute, especially from francesco. the reception team gave restaurant suggestions and reservations, even with limited availability. its good.

the hotel is near the tram and bus stops. these are right outside the door. the tram ride to the central station is quick. this is convenient for getting around. a bonus.

i stayed two nights, and the service was really good! the staff prepared a breakfast bag for my early departure, which i found very kind. the spa was relaxing. the room featured a jacuzzi shower and nice toiletries.
the walk to the main center took about 20 minutes. it wasn't a huge issue, but something to note.

i found the breakfast selection divine and the staff were very friendly. the spa provided a great way to unwind after a day of sightseeing (i loved the sauna!). the location was also convenient, as it was only a short walk to many main attractions. the tram stop outside the hotel made getting around even easier.
i had a few mosquito bites, a bit of a nuisance (bring repellent!).
